UK

UK deliveries under £30 order value are charged at £3.  This is for a Royal Mail 48h Tracked service and takes 3-4 working days for delivery.

To qualify for free delivery you must spend £30 or over.  

If you need your items in a hurry there is an "Express Delivery"  option for £5.50.  Delivery for this service is 1-2 working days.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

For the above countries orders under £100 have a choice of a slower (10-14 working day) delivery for £7 or a faster (3-4 working day) courier delivery for £12.50.

To qualify for free courier delivery you must spend £100 or over.

Rest of Europe/World

For ROW/ROE there is a standard courier fee of £15 - £18.  This is a 4-5 days service.

To qualify for free shipping you must spend £150 or over.

USA

For USA and Canada orders under £100 have a choice of a slower (10-14 working day) delivery for £10 or a faster (3-4 working day) courier delivery for £15.

To qualify for free courier delivery you must spend £100 or over.

Processing time on all orders is 1-2 days, please factor this in when calculating your expected delivery date.  

Processing times increase during sale periods.

After ordering, if you are unhappy with your order in any way then the items can be returned or exchanged hassle-free. Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. To organise your return, please simply contact us on admin@cribstar.co.uk RETURNS POLICY Returns outside the standard 14 day window will only be accepted at our discretion. All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If your item is received faulty or damaged then we will exchange it for a new undamaged item (stock permitting). When you contact us about your return you will receive a RMA number. You will need to include this in your package when you return it to us. Any returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. Returns will be credited to the original payment method.
